Configuring your Kiyoh & Klantenvertellen Magento 2 module
1. Get your location id
Log into your Kiyoh account and navigate to: invite -> extra options -> invite link.
2. Get your api/hash
You can find this on the same page as the previous step.
3. Magento 2 admin
Navigate to your module in the Magento 2 admin: stores -> configuration -> find the Kiyoh module in the list.
4. Network and server
Choose your network and server. In most current cases the network would be "Klantenvertellen & new kiyoh.com", next pick the server based on your review account.
5. Hash
Enter here your earlier retrieved hash/api key.
6. Location id
Enter here your earlier retrieved location id (yellow marked part of the invite link).
7. Delay
How long (in days) should Kiyoh wait after your chosen order status trigger (next step), before sending the review invite?
8. Event or order status
Which event or order status should trigger the scheduling of the review invite? Make sure your orders actually hit this status.
9. Exclude customer groups
Select the customer groups that should NOT receive a review invite.
10. Language
The two letter code of the language the review invites should be in. For example: nl or en.
11. Microdata
Enable or disable the review score rich snippets. Note: google currently won't show these as stars in the search results.
12. Rating widget
Display the rating in your header. This requires the default container "header-wrapper" to be present in the theme.
13. Log errors
Enable or disable the debug log. This requires the Magento logging feature to be enabled as well. To enable this CLI is required, please ask your developer.
